First Patent Awarded to Faculty of Business at Sohar University

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarfraz, with five co-authors from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, India, and Oman, was granted a patent titled “Role of Indian Banking in Economic Development: System and Method Thereof” by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. This is the first patent awarded to the Faculty of Business at Sohar University.
